Educational Programming & Collaborations

As a teaching artist who can sing, act, dance, play guitar, educate and entertain, I have become a resource in both performing, co-creating and customizing educational programs for young audiences. I partner with organizations looking for unique ways to engage students through music and performance.

My work as a teaching artist has included orchestral educational programming, interactive songwriting courses and reading initiatives such as:

and for organizations such as:

  • The Fort Wayne Philharmonic
  • Artis Naples
  • Akron Symphony Orchestra
  • Heartland Sings
  • The Pacific Boychoir Academy
  • Oakfarm Montessori
  • Crescent Avenue United Methodist Church
  • Victory Community Centre (New Zealand)

As a regular host of the Carnegie Hall Link Up Concert Series I can combine multiple singing, acting and dancing roles into one role as well as provide professional support through:

  • Teacher development
  • Classroom Visits
  • Social Media Engagement
  • Tailoring  shows for orchestral organization, audience, space and budget

With a knack for colorful characters and a tendency towards zany antics I can maximize every teaching opportunity that teachers and students will enjoy. I am a former educator at the Grammy winning Pacific Boychoir Academy, hold my Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Michigan School of Music and have been featured on international commercials for brands such as Old Spice, Anthem Blue Cross and UPS. I perform a wide array of genres including classical, jazz, rock cabaret and front an original 6 piece rock band.
